If you meditate, if you escape into music or a good book and let the world drift away, that's more or less what a light hypnotic trance state feels like. It's an altered state of mind where the person has a narrow focus of attention. The subject has their eyes closed, is very relaxed, has a quite mind and is aware of what is going around.Contrary to common belief, there is nothing stopping the client being able to reject any suggestion or awaken at any time, unless the subject believes otherwise. While in the trance, the subject is able to step outside of their ordinary belief system. In therapy, this can bypass any limiting beliefs.That trance state can then be used to create a suggestion for your subconscious mind to help you make a wide range of improvement in your life.
